It is unfortunate BUT
When program systems get very big ( = 47,000+ lines of code with 60 pages of HELP)
there is always a bug that appears in the works - JUST AFTER RELEASE !
If you should see one PLEASE advise support@buswise.net as soon as convenient so that we can get on to fixing it IMMEDIATELY.

We apologise for any that escape our testing. We will list them here with work-arounds or updates as soon as possible.
This file will also contain any relevant information about the last few releases.

Upgrade to Version 09V043 - WampServer 21e :

BUG CORRECTIONs and/or IMPROVEMENTS :
The GRADE rating across BusWise has been shortened :
User comments suggested that the 6 character field for GRADES (sometimes referred to as Grid Rating) which is used to relate resources and skills throughout BusWise, is too long. This has been reduced from a six character field (default 555555) to a three character field (default 555).
The upgrade will automatically truncate the existing data to three characters.

Drivers Screen has been streamlined :
The Logout facility now goes to a screen which enables LOG IN. This means that users do not have to close the browser screen to LOG OFF/ON. This facility is also included in the Task Menu in the left pane.

Student Management has been restructured :
The Group Management section has been restructured to make it simpler, more logical and more versatile.

Note that the 09v043 UPGRADE can only be applied to 09v040 or later.
Not to any previous versions. This is to ensure data integrity with the newer version of MySQL (21e).

Upgrade to Version 09V042 - WampServer 21e

Upgrade to Version 09V041 - Version 21e of WampServer

BUG CORRECTIONs and/or IMPROVEMENTS :
Replication of WorkSheets and Charters has been improved :
Replication now includes an option to create new copies for 1-7 days and/or any number of weeks. In the case of WorkSheets they can be created for weekdays only.

A number of data checks have been included to cater for potential user errors throughout the system.

Upgrade to Version 09V040 - WampServer 21e

BUG CORRECTIONs and/or IMPROVEMENTS :
Improvements to Bus and Driver Roster Reports :
The printing of these reports has been corrected to ensure that a Page Skip does not occur within the roster for a bus/driver. The report provides a red bar where there is any conflict with SHIFT overlapping. This provides a quick visual check to ensure that a bus/driver is not booked on overlapped shifts.

Wamp 21e : This is a major upgrade to the WampServer operating environment which creates a mini-website on a PC to enable the BusWise browser application software to be run. For the Technically minded customers; This version is the latest stable version of WampServer and includes the latest versions of Apache (2.2.17), PHP (5.3.5) and MySQL (5.5.8) all of which are much stronger.
